DMCA notice

This notice explains how to file a takedown request if you believe content on indiaslotsapp.com infringes your copyright. India Slots respects valid copyright claims and responds to notices that comply with the procedure below.

1. What to include in your notice

2. Where to send it

Send the completed notice to the brand operator via the managed contact route at /contact/. The first message should reference “DMCA notice” so the support desk routes it correctly.

3. What happens next

We acknowledge the notice within five business days. We review the cited material against your claim. If the notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the material. We notify the uploader of the removal and, where appropriate, share your notice with them.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the same six elements, plus a statement of consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court. We forward counter-notices to the original claimant and restore the material in line with the DMCA procedure.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts that are the subject of repeated valid notices.
